Communities of practice as a solution for the implementation gap in internationalisation of the curriculum

چکیده
The educational benefits of internationalisation in higher education are paramount importance for all students. Despite an increasing presence best practice guides and strategies, there appears to be a significant implementation gap terms lecturers’ engagement with their teaching practice. Through Action Research-informed Community Practice approach, this study aims provide new insights into Internationalisation the Curriculum by examining own perspectives, area which has been underdeveloped date.The provided effective way raising awareness Curriculum, while simultaneously effecting change at institution-wide levels. It facilitated environment that encouraged lecturers both incorporate global dimensions collaborate colleagues integrated learning opportunities students reflect multicultural world.The findings presented focus specifically on perspectives relevant large body stakeholders, namely those involved specifically, as well practitioners interested Continuous Professional Learning general.
